I hear this all the time, I'm doing all the squats in the world but nothing's happening. Why?

Regardless of the fitness goals you are after, building those glutes are always one of the number one priorities clients have.
“If you are working hard in the gym, but those glutes aren't growing, don't worry you are not the only one. The good thing is I know what is probably happening.”
You cut out CARBS
If you are wanting to grow that booty you are going to have to be lifting heavy enough, and in order to be lifting heavy you are going to have to start fueling those training sessions. Otherwise you are running on empty. You need carbs for optimizing fitness performance.
You're not emphasizing PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD
When training with progressive overload you gradually and consistently increase the demand you put on the muscles which then force them to adapt and GROW! Improving muscle strength, endurance, and SIZE. If you are doing high reps with low weight in the gym you are not challenging yourself enough and won't see and real results.

You aren't eating enough. Stop the diets!
If you are always in a dieting phase consuming only around 1200-1400 calories a day you are depriving your body the nutrients it needs to grow muscles!
In order to start seeing some real muscle gains you should be eating at your non-dieting TDEE ( total daily energy expenditure ) where gains are really possible!
You are overtraining
Working out 6-7 times a week hitting your glutes to many days, you have to give yourself rest days. This allows you're muscles to recover properly.
Training 4-5 times a week with at least 2 full rest days is most optimal.
Not getting enough sleep
I you are only sleeping 4-5 hours a night, you are putting your body into a chronic state of stress that is hindering your muscle gain.
Try to get at least 7+ hours of a sleep a night, this is also where you're body recovers and with optimal sleep you will be ready to crush your next workout feeling strong and ready for the day.
